6 months of listening
Talked with 100+ families about wandering, elopement, and what existing trackers get wrong.
Manufacturing partner secured
Partnered with JIMI IoT, which ships over 1.7 million tracking devices a year.
FCC & CE certified hardware
Radio certifications already granted on our hardware platform.
Certification path locked
Working with Nemko (accredited cert body) on Canadian ISED, the final regulatory step.
August 4, 2026 — Kickstarter launchUp next
The campaign goes live. VIP reservation holders unlock a private Founder's tier at the lowest price we will ever offer.
October 2026 — Production begins
First production run starts with our manufacturing partner.
February 2027 — StepSafe ships to backers
